We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how our exchange process works:
- To request an exchange, email us at [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] or call [YOUR PHONENUMBER] with your order/invoice number.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and labels attached.
- Items bought at full price will be exchanged at the current selling price at the time of exchange.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it — provided you report it and return the item within 3 days of delivery, along with your original invoice.
- Exchanges are not applicable on sale or discounted items.
- Only damaged or faulty items are eligible for exchange, and only within
3 working days of receiving your order. - We currently do not accept returns for a refund — only exchanges for verified damaged/faulty items.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for an exchange.
International Orders
At this time, Arsata does not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item internationally, please contact our support teamwithin 3 days of delivery — we'll review your case for a possible credit note, discount, orrefund. In such cases, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.
Complaints reported after the 3-day window unfortunately cannot be entertained. If anorder is refused at the time of delivery, Arsata is not obligated to refund or compensate forthat order. We review all exchange and damage claims carefully and reserve the right todecline claims found to be inaccurate or misused.
